More About Our Services

One of our key service offerings is that we provide free legal advice without any obligation on your part to proceed with a claim.

We believe that everybody should have access to justice and legal advice when they’ve been harmed through no fault of their own. We understand how distressing, frustrating and heartbreaking accidents can be. The purpose of compensation is to try and restore you to the position you were in before the accident, and that’s what we strive to do—to do all we can to restore the balance in your life.

To achieve this goal, we offer all of our clients the option to pursue their case on a No Win No Fee basis.

What Is A Win No Fee Agreement?

You may have heard about No Win No Fee agreements before. Perhaps you’ve just heard the name. If you’ve never made a claim before, you might not know what they are.

A No Win No Fee agreement, otherwise known as a Conditional Fee Agreement, is the contract you make with your solicitor when you make the likes of a personal injury claim. At its core is a promise that if your solicitor is unsuccessful in your case, you don’t have to pay their fees.

It also guarantees that you do not have to pay any fees at the beginning of the claim, nor any fees while the case is ongoing.

If the claim is successful, there is a condition within the agreement that promises to pay your solicitor a small, legally-capped percentage of your compensation award. The Conditional Fee Agreement you sign will state what this percentage is. This fee, called a success fee, is used to help cover your lawyer’s costs in pursuing your claim.

If you have any questions about No Win No Fee agreements, please don’t hesitate to get in touch with our team.

Employment Law Claims

Employment law is a complex area, and with very narrow windows in which to make a claim—sometimes as short as a few months—it’s important to find the right lawyer and fast.

Our panel of lawyers can help you with cases involving:

  • Unfair dismissal
  • Constructive dismissal
  • Discrimination
  • Harassment
  • Sexual harassment

Data Breach Claims

Our private data is incredibly important to us. But more often we’re sharing it with organisations, from online sellers to our local GP. If it’s not protected, we could suffer financial and psychological harm.

Unfortunately, data breaches are becoming more and more common. Luckily, there’s legislation like the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018 to protect us. But even still, breaches happen.

We can help you if you’ve been affected by a data breach.
